Level of Service Goals
At CCMWA, delivering reliable, high-quality service is our priority. Since 2012, our Level of Service Goals (LOSGs) have helped us design and operate a resilient, high-performing water system. In alignment with our 2023 Strategic Plan, we partnered closely with current and future wholesale customers to redefine these goals for the future. This collaborative effort, launched in late 2024 and completed in 2025, strengthens our commitment to transparency, innovation, and long-term system planning. While these updated LOSGs enhance how we plan and communicate, they work alongside, without replacing, the requirements in our wholesale customer agreements.
